What kind of services do you offer?

We offer a full range of photography & videography services, including weddings, engagements, family, maternity, newborn, milestone, senior, events, boudoir, etc.

Where can I see your work?

Easy! Visit the "Portfolio" tab above, or follow us on Instagram - @chenowethcreative OR Facebook - Chenoweth Creative. Visit Vimeo (@ChenowethCreative) for our video portfolio!

How / Where can I pay?

We're flexible! Venmo, Cash App, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, etc.
Cash & Check are acceptable payments as well (in-person only).
Payments not authorized through PayPal.

Is there a limit to the number of photos I will receive?

Absolutely NOT! We do not utilize image limits. If we enjoy a photo, and take the time to perfect it, you will receive it! Estimated image counts will be communicated during booking stage!

Do you require session chaperones?

Yes! Your safety & comfort is important to us. We ask that a chaperone be present for all models under 18, or as necessary.

Can I request Sam or Bailey?

Sure! Comfort & connection is a top priority! You may request Sam, Bailey, or both to perform your session!
*availability may vary - we gots kids! :)

Do I have to fill out a contract?

Yes, please! We require all clients to fill & sign our standard contract! (To be supplied at time of booking)

Note: Weddings / Events require additional contract information.

Wait, I thought y'all did Boudoir Sessions?

Muy Caliente!
Yes - Bailey currently offers boudoir sessions! For obvious reasons, those live on a private instagram (@chenowethcreativeboudoir) and in private, password protected galleries. Request to follow! *Click the "Contact Us" tab to inquire!*

Should I just screenshot my favorites from the gallery?

Oh Sugar....Please Honey Baby No!!
There is *no* need to screenshot! Image quality is reduced by nearly half when saved as a screenshot. "Saving" or "Downloading" the high resolution images is the preferred way to go!

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

We love EVERYONE and celebrate EVERYONE here. We would love to capture big moments for anyone who asks us.

How do I book?

Simple! Visit the tab labeled "Contact" to ask us a question or book a session! You may also contact us through Instagram or Facebook!

Do you require a deposit?

We require a non-refundable deposit for ALL bookings. This does go toward you session! Deposit percentage is dependent on type of booking, & will be discussed during initial communication.

Do I receive printing rights?

Of course! You receive full rights to your photos. We love to see our shots in print!
We have a few places we recommend for good quality prints - feel free to ask if you're curious!

Can I book a session at a specific location?

Absolutely! We have access to private land in Pleasant Hope, MO. You may also request a specific location!
Note: Travel Fee may apply

How long will it take to receive my gallery?

Great question! A fast turnaround time can make or break us! Turnaround time depends on what kind of service we provide, so please inquire upon booking for an accurate timeline. We will communicate with you every step of the way!

Will you pose me? I'm so awkward!

Girl, please! We got you!
The best moments are the most relaxed - so, yes! We will pose you if you like, as we help you embrace your inner supermodel! But also...let’s just have fun!

How will I receive my photos?

We thought you might ask...
Right here on Pixieset! Your completed gallery will be uploaded to this site, and a private, password protected email sent to you. Pixieset offers multiple ways to download & great printing options! You will receive detailed instructions on how to download with your completed gallery.

Do your prices ever change?

Well...maybe. Our current Pricing List applies to 2023. Pricing for 2024 & beyond is subject to change. But, no worries! Reach out & we'll figure it out!
